This book, while funny and informative, is very misleading. I ordered it thinking it will help me make informed food choices, but instead found I would have to become a vegan to do so. I read the first few chapters and it had me grief-stricken. I could not even look at anything dairy or meat, my heart was breaking when I had to make sphagetti for my 3 year old. This book is that graphic. While I agree that as a society we eat too much meat, I don't think it is up to these two authors to impose their beliefs on everyone.
