Boundaries Where You End And I Begin: How To Recog&hellip by Anne Katherine M.A.
Work on boundaries is a really important part of taking care of ourselves. When we live with those who tend to violate our space, physically and emotionally, have tools to determine where I stop and the other begins are essential. We all need to be mindful of this need, as we have all been inundated with boundary violations, and have committed these violations. Awareness, respect, and mindfulness are all involved with in this phenomena so essential to keep us health, in all ways. A good book to keep handy for reference.
The Language of Letting Go Journal by Melody Beattie
I have long appreciated Melody Beattie's work on co-dependency. Using the journal really helps me to have a place to do my inner reflection and to then write down whatever comes up for me... Many awarenesses and much healing takes place with the journal as I would do the daily messages, and to write all in the same place.
Murder in Aix (The Maggie Newberry Mystery Series &hellip by Susan Kiernan-Lewis
Wonderful light murder mystery. Perfect for mid summer when I needed a break from the heavy stuff I was doing, and a someone who has lived in France, and spent time in and around Aix, the geography, mushroom searching habits, and topography all fit, at least adequately to be totally enjoyable.

Wonderful!!!
