I remmeber this book was the most amazing tale when i was a kid. I read it recently, and i was a bit taken aback by how easy it was to fly through. Maybe its a bit Harry Potteresque. I think maybe this is the american take on what the party scene is all about, looking cool, using the latest buzzwords, doing some 'cool dance moves', wearing baggy pants, did i mention looking cool? Yeck.
The plasticity of this approach really turned me off, because this is not what the dance scene is all about. Its about leaving your ego behind when you go out.
The film has some interesting ideas, dont get me wrong. But it looks a little contrived when comapred to 'Human… Read more
