I am sure there is an amazing game in here, but unless you have the time to try and understand even vaguely what is going on, then all you will be left with is a monumental frustrating bore. Hats off to all the no doubt incredibly intellectual types who get this sort of game but for average plebian who can only spare an hour or two a day for this sort of thing then I would suggest you stay away.
This is a lot more interesting and immersive than the normal run of shooters set in WWII (Call of Duty and Medal of Honor). The tactical side of it is much more of a challenge and as a result, allows a story line to develop and keeps your interest. The graphics are great and as you will see from the extras the historical detail is spot on. My only gripe is that it does seem rather short. Nevertheless an absorbing spin on the shooter theme that makes you think and gets you involved with the characters. Well worth the time.
This is simply a great game. The Sin City graphics are a really cool idea and once you start liberating areas, the colors are beautiful. Sure the premise is a little bit historically questionable and at times not quite accurate but the story is so absorbing and the voice acting especially for Sean so much fun this is easy to overlook. There were issues with ATI cards but don't let what other people say put you off - the patch to fix the ATI problems DOES ABSOLUTELY fix the problem.
