Journey - Live 01 DVD ~ DVD
5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely awesome!, Dec 31 2002
Anyone who says Journey is not Journey without Steve Perry should give this DVD a fair listen. The whole band sounds great! And while Steve Augeri can (and does) do a great job on the "old stand-bys", he proves also that he has his own voice and contribution to the band.

Deryni Tales by Katherine Kurtz

In Deryni Tales, Katherine Kurtz has pulled together 8 of the best fan-written stories dealing with her Deryni universe. The stories are not only well worth reading, but showcaes the talent and devotion of these Deryni fans. There is also a story by Kurtz herself in the volume, reason alone for having the book, but all of the stories are more than worthwhile reads. If you have read the Deryni series and enjoyed it, you owe it to yourself to read these additional Tales.

New members Richard Bona (vocals, various instruments), Cuong Vu (trumpet, vocals) and Antonio Sanchez (drums) add a new dimension to the Group's sound. Bona brings a more African flavor to the vocals, still wordless vocalise, but utilizing the melodic element of the tunes to real advantage. Vu is best known as a rather avant garde trumpeter and he adds a fresh… Read more
