While I have practiced yoga for 6 years now, I want to be able to do it at home without the supervison of the yogi and at my own speed. This so far seems to be a great book in its description of positions that are appropriate for those who have Chronic Pain and only can do a few moves at a time not to over stress their body.

I had Dr. Green's first book and now this is his updated version which I will continue to use in supporting those with Celiac Disease and Gluten Intolerance with the questions they have when they are first diagnosed and then getting used to the gluten free diet. An incredible resource! Dr. Green's and Shelley Case's books go with me to all Celiac events.

I have had neuropathic pain for 11 years now and this is the best resource I have read or seen in that timeframe, and has provided me with more questions to ask my doctor! Great tool for someone to have if they have chronic neuropathic pain and are on medication/opiods/botox to try and minimize it.
