Warhammer 40K: Space Marine - PlayStation 3 Standa&hellip by THQ
4.0 out of 5 stars Surprisingly good, Jan. 30 2013
I had read a few negative reviews, and I'm not generally a huge fun of button-mashing games with linear plots, but I enjoyed this game quite a bit. The theme & graphics are very true to THQ's excellent take on the Warhammer40K universe. It has a fairly strong atmosphere, story isn't amazing but it's not a letdown either, and the game is very well produced. A great deal with the price down in the $20 region.

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing, April 16 2012
Slightly fun, but no idea why they departed from the winning formula of the predecessor. It's linear, even for a first person shootup. Sarcastic narration gets really boring. There are only a few different monster types, also boring.
