A little while back I was at a Sunrise Records here in Canada, and I saw this item in a used bin selling 2 for $12. At first I looked at it and thought about buying it before putting it down. I bought my other purchases and left the store. However, I couldn't stop thinking about this Ep. It was intriguing for a few reasons, I had never heard of it before, it had all of the best songs from the first album, and it was relativity cheap. I decided what's the harm and went back to the store and bought it.

This album is great. Ok ok I love Rage and Soundgarden is awesome, but I never really though Audioslave was in either of their leagues. Come on, did anyone really expect they would be? Well, that's still the case. Revelations is still by far Audioslave's best CD. It's heavy, mellow, the solos are more unique and Cornell's singing is the best it's been in a while. Compared to the first Audioslave CD, which had it's ups and downs, but overall was decent, and the second album was worse, Revelations has it all. I like every song on the album and if you like any other Audioslave, get this post haste!
