I have had this book for years and only sat down to read it. I have purchased many watercolour books in the past, but this one is phenomenal - if you take the time to study it. It is NOT for the beginner painter. Linda Stevens Moyer does have some really great advice near the beginning of the book re: brushes, paint, etc. But what truly blew my mind was how she painted and created realistic images.

I purchased this unit from Staples Jan 2013. Brand new in box, but on clearance for 25%.

Everything worked great EXCEPT for playing CDs on low volume. This unit was to replace a Panasonic unit that I've had since 2008? Anyway. I listen to a lot of classical music and original soundtracks (Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, etc). On the lowest volume settings you could hear a "click click click" as the CD rotates. I am not sure if this is because the CD loads in a drawer in front or what. I tried different CDs, different locations for the device, etc. Nothing would remedy the clicking.

Good product, Jan 31 2013

I purchased this item as my kitchen is tiny and doesn't have much storage or counter space. I was able to assemble it by myself, and it's very sturdy for what it us. I used carpenter's glue to strengthen it a bit more, but am overall very impressed with what I received for the price.
