Totally useless drivel. The basic premise is that if you don't care about anything then you will live a stress free life. You could also achieve this state if you suffered a stroke or got a pre-frontal lobotomy that took out
your higher executive functions and left you in a vegetative state.
Think that for most people that live in the real world, this is very pie-in-the-sky philosophy.
Wouldn't waste your hard earned cash on this book.
