I was disappointed with this book, as there was not ONE picture! The recipes seemed a little fussy, so I gave it to my friend who watches Laura all the time on the Food Network. She loves the book.
This is NOT another fad diet! My husband and I are trying to follow it and make changes in our eating habits, and even those small differences are helping. The meals are healthy, easy to prepare, and you are never hungry as long as you eat every 4 hours as directed! I have recommended this book to many people, as bloating seems to be a problem for the majority today. It is full of great recipes, meal plans and info. Don't just read it, FOLLOW IT!
As always, Anna is amazing! The book has alot of pictures, and each recipe has extra tips,techniques and pointers you can use. I love this book! It would make an awesome gift, for a new Bride to an experienced baker, as the recipes are easy to follow, but ingredients are accessible.
