A Detailed Course on Malware Analysis!, Feb 24 2012

I have no doubt that this is, or will soon become, the "go to" book when it comes to analyzing malware.
It is stuffed with examples, labs, samples, and more. The DVD is an excellent resource.
In order to keep this review short and to the point, I'd like to sum it up in a few words: Beginners should try this book later. The book is well written, easy to follow, and provides a lot of support should you get lost. However, for those looking for more in terms of the actual setting up of the lab, why the usage of Tor, guidelines to follow, and knowing what to look for, might want to utilize other resources first, get a lab going, and then come back to this book.
