Great recipes that I want to try. Did a cleanse and stopped eating bread and lost 23lbs. Bread is evil...lol. This book gives great alternatives to breads/bagels/muffins that are so easy to grab. when I got this the colour of the bracelet and the face was different. I wore the watch twice and it stopped. Sent it back. Otherwise it is a good looking watch.
