500 Low Sodium Recipes: Lose the salt, not the fla&hellip by Dick Logue

My doctor told me I had to reduce my sodium intake to a maximum of 900 mg per day. I immediately went out and tried to buy a low sodium recipe book. I went to the Heart and Stroke Foundation recipe book but found that most of the recipes in that book were more per meal than I was allotted. I tried a few other cookbooks that promised low sodium meals, but found the taste quite bland. I ended up eating plain chicken, salad and oil and vinegar salad dressing for quite some time before discovering this book. This book has changed my life and my lifestyle.
