Wow!! what a nice song I just heard on the radio, "City of New Orleans" ? that was not a familiar song to me. This song is by "Arlo Guthrie", can't recall if I ever heard of that artist. So onto Amazon, picked the album "The Best of Arlo Guthrie". I like to own original albums, not interested in downloading songs. I can play City of New Orleans over and over again. This is a great song to crank up the stereo volume, so far my neighbors have not complained about it. Neighbors must like the change from hearing Pink Floyd all the time maybe. Okay as for the history of this album and background notes, lets forget about all that, you can search that on your own time. 1st of all there is not a single Pink Floyd direction, in fact Pink Floyd has been blown all over the place, example, Waters went one way, Syd went his way, Gilmour went his way, Nick mason did Fictitious Sports, Richard had a Wet Dream (really), and tribute copies all over the map.
