What we have here is a more cohesive approach to their 1st full length "Von" (for new fans their 1st full length isn't "Ágætis Byrjun") At one time Sigur Ros was a post rock/experimental project. Which means there are NO rules and there are NO boundaries of appropriateness for bands who follow this genre. No verse/chorus/verse song structures. The sound defies all expectations purposefully in the name of uniqueness and freedom. More avante garde in nature but not completely. This project follows much of where they were with "Von".
