The hands are almost the same color as the face....almost unreadable....a very nice watch that is purely decorative versus functional....red hands would be so much better
This is the 3rd Greg Iles novel that I have read in the last month. The Turning Angel starts fast and is truly one of the few novels that compel the reader to finish it as quickly as possible. Unlike some other mystery novels that defy credilility, this one is seemingly very true to life. Set in Natchez Mississippi, it is about murder and small town politics and the interconnections between finding the truth and achieving political gain among the judiciary, the legal community, the police and a mayoral race.It is also deep into racial issues and the capability and willingness of Natchez to deal with it (or not).
