This is an excellent book I've owned for a couple of years. I do not use this book nearly as often as I should. Every day is a new lesson to get your fingers dancing across the fretboard. Everything is covered from alternate picking to arpeggios. This is a fantastic book for anybody who wants to sync their left hand to their right.

I think this is a great fretboard workout book. It really helps you gain an understanding of the fretboard. The lessons are excellent practical applications and it gets your hands moving on the neck. Its a decently thick book, and there's a lot of information to process. You need to set aside time to study and practice every day. How would you except to improve other wise? If your looking for something you can rush through, don't get this book. If you seriously looking for something to help you improve your playing, look no further.

This is a great book. I think it start out on a basic enough level for any beginning guitarist and then builds up. I've been playing guitar for 6 months now and this book really helped me unlock a few things that I was getting jammed up in my head over. Of course, the key to getting better at anything is practice. I like how the book gets you to do the exercises on paper and then you play them on your guitar. This really helped my commit it to memory.

If your looking for a book to help you gain better knowledge of the fretboard, and are willing to do a little studying and practicing, this book is for you.
