We bought this for my husband's dress shirts and my work cothes-- basic personal use. So far, so good. It does what you need it to do, it folds down nicely to tuck into a corner. It heats up fairly quickly,...not sure what else to review as it is a steamer. Money well spent as we spend much less time than we did ironing.
I was very disappointed with this series. Unfortunately, it does not live up to the hype at all. The writing is poor at best, there is no character development or depth (as the author acknowledges when the main characters mention "We know nothing about eachother" many times. And there is no plot. Do I need to go on? Anyone that I know that does enjoy this book is often not a "reader". If you enjoy it-great! But if you are an avid reader I wouldnt waste your time.
