I had a baby almost 6 months ago and was looking for a different workout that would really tone my core as close to the shape it was in before pregnancy. I have been using this DVD along with a few of Jillian's other workouts everyday and in 3 weeks have noticed such a difference! If you plan to use it consistently and are really focused on getting a good workout, I would recommend this DVD. The plank exercises are super intense. It's a quick 30 minute hardcore workout.
This is one of my favourites of the videos that I've tried from Jillian Michaels; I don't own a kettlebell but was pleased that you can just use a regular dumbbell instead and still get an effective workout. It really kicks my butt and I feel like it's a challenge everytime.
