Life-changing Book, Sep 1 2001

I have read many Christian books-this is my favorite. It opens on Truth and Grace and Time. Key elements of understanding our role in God's kingdom. It focuses on taking responsibility and quite honestly when not to. Dr. Cloud references scriptures at every turn so you can feel confident these teachings and wisdom, are biblical. My friends have noticed changes in my areas of acceptance and placing boundaries and it has helped our relationships tremendously. I have learned to love God more because of this book.

Eva's story moved me to purchase this CD and the CD matches the press. I get goose bumps everytime I hear her sing Fields of Gold. She sings the blues, jazz and standards, creating a beautiful mix of heart-stopping tunes. Having speakers in my bathroom, I sat in the tub listening for the first time to the entire CD before I could get out. I froze with a melancholy feeling I can't describe. My wife and I played it at a dinner party and everyone stopped talking. If you know her story, you'll well up too, no question about it. This is by far her best CD. Listen, if you only buy one CD this year, buy this one, but buy it with a box of kleenex.
