There aren't many diet books that interest me anymore, especially one that I would sit and read fully in a single sitting. However, "The Liberation Diet" easily kept me captivated throughout its entirety. It is rare to find a book on diet today that is based on common sense and historical precedent. Kevin Brown and Annette Presley have managed to cut through our contemporary nutritional garbage and bring to market a book constituted on solid dietary principles and a simple rationale.
