I first saw a similar product in Germany, and searched for one in Canada. Finally found it, and was thrilled that I could purchase it online. It arrived quickly, and I love it! I use any kind of milk, heat it in the steel jug on the stove (no insert) and then when it's hot enough, use the lid/insert and voila: perfect frothed milk!

I am a real fan of Beth Russell's books, and this one is great! The charts are easy to read and follow, and I enjoy reading about the history of the designs. Glad I found it!
