But my interest or likings are rarely mainstream. I seem to have a taste for the overlooked. Books, Music, or Movies that surprise me to no end that most people know nothing or very little about.
I love coming across something that I have never heard of, or much about anyway, and being surprised, or blown away over how good or great it is.
Very rarely does something that everyone else knows about, fall into my favorites catergory. But most of what I call my favorites rarely fail to become favorites of the people I turn them on to. There is so much great Music, so many great Movies, and great books, that are somehow, unbelievably, overlooked, and fail to get the true credit they deserve. But in all honesty, that keeps my library's more personal, and I like it that way.

I can see that most of the complaints here are clearly from a case of reading the book first and feeling the movie falls short. But I ask you to name a movie where that's not the case. There is sooooo much that takes place in the book, how could you possibly get it into and hour and a half movie? Look past that and see it for what it is... A Movie BASED ON the book. I think they did a Great job with this Movie. It was very well acted, very well cast, and as far as I am concerned, a must see for any Left Behind Fans. I don't know how anyone couldn't love these books. The depth of the characters, and the story is incredible. I'll admit, with the first book I was not yet hooked. Wasn't completely sure if I'd even read the next one in the series. But I am sooo glad I did. Half way through, I knew I was hooked. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE A CHRISTIAN FICTION LOVER TO LOVE THESE BOOKS! Even for those non-believers, that are looking for a great on the edge of your seat adventure/thriller to read, this is a GREAT read!!! And who knows, by the time you get half way through the series you may see things differently about life. And for those who are believers, this series will make/help you understand revelations… Read more
