I find it very hard to rate this, if I was rating the service I would offer a 5+ (prompt delivery and replacement) but when it comes to the item...I find it very hard to give a 1 star. Item arrived quickly, but broke in the upper right cover the first time putting it on. We contacted seller, who was very happy to send out a replacement, which arrived very quickly. Unfortunetly, the replacement product broke the very first day (same spot) Very disappointing and a waste of our money and time.

My product arrived faster than they anticipated time they allotted. The product was new, sealed and in the condition the ad said it was. I would most definitely purchase from this seller again.
