This book is an excellent read for first time people managers! It helped me to understand how to approach situations and different types of people. There are times when managers too need help and this book gives great tips, ideas, guidelines and a step by step process you can follow.

I would read this non-stop before preformance reviews and before intense coaching sesssions, gave me the tools I needed to enable me to be sucessful in my new roles.

This was an easy read. Chapters well placed. A nice collecting to read from, but I would caution that it is an initial read. After each must choose how it would apply to your life/work. This book if perfect for reading right before bed or in the late evening.

This is a classic, a must see! For it's time the special affects are pretty good. You need to watch both, as the comedy from each is wrapped in the other. There is a part with physical humor (the baseketball) were you'll need to re-wind and watch two or three times, it happens fast and will leave your sides hurting from the laughter!
