The Rutles: All You Need Is Cash DVD ~ Eric Idle
You will love The Rutles as much as I do if you;
1 Love The Beatles. Or, at least have enough knowledge and understanding of Beatle history to appreciate the humor in this clever "mockumentary".
The Rutles, or the Pre-Fab Four as they are called, are four lads from Liverpool, England, who make it big, not because of any musical talent, but because of their tight-fitting pants. Rutlemania is born! They are introduced by Ed Sullivan himself (cleverly dubbing the word "Rutles" in place of "Beatles"). The Rutles soon conquer the world! They make hit films like "Hard Days Rut", "Ouch!". But when Nasty (the Lennon-esq member of The Rutles) makes his coment about being "bigger than God"… Read more

David Cassidy: Live in Concert DVD ~ David Cassidy
5.0 out of 5 stars David Cassidy's Opus, Feb 2 2003
David Cassidy, the larger-than-life 1970's deity, gives a masterful,
rockin' performance; what I'd call the ultimate performance of his career. A must for any Cassidy fan!
His performance is just as good, if not better, than it ever was, originally in the 1970's.

He performs hits from "The Partridge Family" such as " I Think I Love You", "I Can Feel Your Heartbeat", "Could It Be Forever", and "I Woke Up In Love This Morning"
As well as song from his solo career such as "I write the songs", "Cherish", "Lyin' To Myself"

This is David at his best!!

Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band VHS ~ Peter Frampton
I remember, back when the film first premiered, in 1978, seeing this movie for this first time on the big screen! I was in awe of the music, the Bee Gees, Peter Frampton, and the whole film.
I credit this movie for my love and appreciation of The Beatles (being 9- going on 10 at that time, I did not make the connection that these artists were in fact performing the Beatles music.)
I own it on VHS, and it brings back alot of warm memories for me; for example, I remember, as soon as we left the theater, we immediatle went to the music store and bought the 2 record music soundtrack!!

I want this title on DVD; It would be nice to, in addition to the film itself, to have bonus… Read more
