Thrones, Dominations is an excellent read and with the small exception of some grammatical conventions that are modern and not from Sayers' time, it reads like a dream. Peter and Harriet read like they did in "Strong Poison" when Harriet Vane was introduced, except she has matured and their relationship has changed.
We got this collection after seeing "Them" on TCM and just couldn't resist adding it to our collection. All of these old Sci-Fi classics set are typical of those produced in the 1950s. They are so bad they are inspired -- corny and always with the love interest. What fun!!! Great actors in all of them.
When we opened the DVD and popped in the player, it turned out to be a blank DVD!!! I went to the menu button and all was listed on this particular disk. But I think we will give any Amazon partners a miss for awhile.
