I originally started this program to work on my sugar issues and to lose weight. It's a great eating pattern something you can do forever. The author educates you on the medical issues and expains the how and why. My husband has lost over 32 pounds and I have lost 30 so far. We're eating better now than we ever have. Another great movie by BBC. When I first saw it on television, I could hardly wait until the next episode was on. So when I saw it for sale, of course I had to buy it. Was not disappointed at all when I watched it over again. Definitely a classic.
