This book is the best management book I have ever read. The idea of "system thinking" in a "dynamic system" changed greatly my point of view of my daily work.

This is a book for both corporate executives and employees.

The idea that the solution for a current problem could be the cause of a future problem precisely described the problem exists in many organizations. And it matches an old Chinese wise man "Lao-tse" said in its Taoism bible: Do less, achieve more; do nothing, achieve all.

I felt this book focuses too much on illness, and then the whole point the author is trying to make is a bit weakened because of this focusing, until the moment when I read her following words on page 291 and 292 in her book " Awakening Intuition", I know Dr.Schulz is a enlightened person.

When first time I saw the title, I was like " gee, what's that mean?". But because it came up from my search term "business network", plus it is thin, I decided to go ahead read it.

I've been a technical guy for more than 10 years and like other tech guys, "deep in technology and shalow in networking". I have been reading business books to expande my business acemen in recent years. Many good books. Most of them have good theories.

But this one, P-R-A-C-T-I-C-A-L. You can use his many tips at the next morning at work. Good theory too, but I wished he could ahve digged deeper on the theory part.
