In My Own Words:
Hmmmm.....so much (not) to tell. But I am a great lover of the arts and literature in general. I love paper and have a ton of books most of which I've only half way got through. I prefer historical fiction, mostly having to do with the histories of France, Italy and Britain and taking place between the 1400's and late 1800's. I am very interested in political dinamics of the time since it stron… Read more

To be frank I only liked the second half of the film. The first half constists of nothing but the view of Batman through the eyes of various civilians, and Batman beating up goons.

The second half or the last two stories are far more enjoyable. Working Through Pain was written by one of my favourite comic book writers Brian Azarello (100 Bullets), and he did a good job in annunciating that Bruce really doesn't want to work through the pain of his parents death. More often than not I just end up throwing it down a quarter of the way into it because it's either boring or predictable (this includes Deception Point also written by Dan Brown).

If this book had not been on sale I probably would not have touched it. But I am glad that I did. I found Angels and Demons to be a compelling read and very hard to put down. In fact I loved it so much that I bought several copies and have added it to my list of all time favorite books.

It was straightforward and intelligently written… Read more

This story involves Nightwing (the former Robin) and Huntress getting together to solve a crime. During the process of the investigation they have a one-night stand.

I really disliked this story immensely primarily because both Nightwing and Huntress are written WAY out of character and do things that neither character would do.

Helena "Huntress" Bertinelli, is an Italian American, who comes from a traditional Italian background. She is a devout Catholic and more to the point she has a great sense of pride and self-respect. She would never stoop to seducing/sleeping with a man to get something. More so what she desires more than anything in the world is Batman's respect and approval… Read more
