let me tell you this, if you plan on doing this for 30 days you will deffanitly see results! i could barely move the first week because it was so intense and thats how you get results! my favorite level was level 2 because it just flys by. but start with level 1 because theres no way if your just starting this video that youll be able to just go to level 2 or 3.
This video is one of my favorite from jillian michaels. its hard to do but gets the job done. i was sore the first couple day but you get used to it after doing it for about a week. the level one burns about 200 calories and it deffanitly shows it. i usually do this video if im tired and dont feel like going to the gym or to tired for my other jillian michaels video. I give it a 5 star because i have no complaints.
