The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenme&hellip by Eckhart Tolle
I avoided by this book for a while. I read some of the negative reviews on here and let that deter me. Then a friend recommended it, and here I am.

Right about now you are probably thinking, 'do what to the ego?' Yes, you read it correctly. And yes, we need to work through a lifetime of conditioning to process the ego. Let me put it this way:

Have you ever had been in a situation and had that horrid little deja vu feeling of, 'I've been here before, and I didn't like it then. Why on earth would I like it now? Oh dear God please make it stop'? Yeah, me too. Have you ever noticied… Read more
