2.0 out of 5 stars Operation Very Bad Story, April 23 2012
There is more than one thing wrong with Operation Raccoon City, but other reviewers have mentioned those problems already. Besides, what bothers me the most with RE:ORC is the crappy writing.

I'm all for alternate REalities where Leon can die, but please make it plausible. In a fictional world where there are zombies and biological weapons there's gotta be something that feels real so we, the people who live in the real world, can relate to it in some way.

The thing is that the story the developpers wanted to tell didn't make any sense with the gameplay. For instance, at one point in the game you are up against Ada; a very human (not a monster) enemy… Read more

Being a zombie fan and knowing that this game was a success I had to buy it. However, that was a mistake. Why? Because there is nothing else to do than kill zombies and monsters. That's all you can do in this game. Sometimes there is a lever to pull, but that's about it.

I can imagine that this game is more fun online, but if like me you're mostly an offline player; don't buy this game. It'll amaze you how much this game is unoriginal, pointless and repetitive. The same goes for Left 4 Dead 2, although I only played half of it and I won't finish it. What would be the point?

Dollhouse: Season One [Import] DVD ~ Eliza Dushku
The concept of this television show is brilliant, but also problematic. I think that this show would have stand a better chance without Eliza Dushku as the lead actress. I like her, but in my opinion she doesn't have enough of an "average girl" and/or "good girl" vibe to be the center of a television show like Jennifer Garner in Alias or Sarah Michelle Gellar in Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Better yet, I think that Dollhouse would've lasted a while longer if the lead character would have been someone else than a doll. Someone with memories of her or his own existence. Let's face it; it's hard for people to identify with a character who doesn't have a personnality or has more than… Read more
