Road Rules: Be the Truck. Not the Squirrel. Learn &hellip by Andrew J Sherman
5.0 out of 5 stars Be Inspired!, Dec 24 2008
Sit back and enjoy a well written, entertaining journey with this book. There are interesting quotes about history, philosophy and then modern music too! There is a fascinating mix of beautiful language but practical insights from someone who has obviously watched humans as they move along their path of life. Money Magnet: How to Attract Investors to Your Bus&hellip by J. B. Loewen
This book will give you a good insight into how to make the most money from your business. Most entrepreneurs think the end point is selling their business but could end up leaving a great deal of value on the table.
If you get private equity partners at least seven years before you plan to sell, you will end up with a great deal more money for your retirement.
I liked the explaination about how to decide how much ownership you want to retain as you can keep the bulk of shares. You can also get debt too. It's not all about equity.
The rate is lower too.
Altogether - I learnt a great deal and it was a fun read too.
