The foam roller itself is good, but the picture depicts a black one, which I had been looking for to use in my fitness studio. Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the description says "red" so I ordered it based on the picture. It will actually cost more money for me to return it than to keep it. Very frustrating - amazon.ca should be clearer about the specifics of an item!
