I always add to our cook book collection and some are a hit and others not so much. This one is still new so to be fair we have yet to try more than one recipe. It was one of the less ambitious ones that honestly we chose to make as we had all the ingredients. If you like spicy dishes, I mean seriously spicy then the Sichuan Chicken Thighs are going to bring on the heat. Perhaps the next time we can find something with less kick.
