This is probably the first book I have decided to review. I am a numerical analyst with almost no experience in hardware design and synthesis. Recently, I was introduced to the idea of reconfigurable computing using FPGA and so one of the goal I set myself was to learn VHDL. I borrowed several books from the library and started looking at them. They all seem to be good but my background was probably not good enough. Then I started reading this book and was simply amazed at the style and presentation of the author.
