This is probably the best debut album by a female singer I've ever heard. Her vocal range is amazing, with an amazing lower register for her age (17 when recorded, I think) and a higher register not quite up there with Mariah or Celine, but miles better than the vast majority of her peers.
Better than her range though is the sheer beauty of her voice, which can send shivers down the spine.
This is already double platinum in the UK and 14 x platinum in Australia, where she set a record with 29 weeks at #1, this album is a charming mixture of piano based ballads( she plays four instruments, I believe, although only the piano on this)and more upbeat tunes including one co written with Take… Read more
