Easy to read, thoughtful and intentional. Authors provide a structured framework for working with leadership teams to move them to the next level of thinking. Provides great assessments at both the individual and team level,to help define current state- and possible future state. Great link to change management thought processes. Great for the leadership toolkit.

WOW, this is one of the most useful and relevant books out there today, applicable to life in both personal/business realm. If you are willing to go there; Hewitt, Cranfield and Hansen outline how to identify your bad habits', create a plan to change them to good habits', self reflection, and clear measurement that help you maintain life balance on a daily basis. This book is based on you, the self aware reader, are you ready to change and take control of your life? Enjoy
Who Moved My Cheese?: An A-Mazing Way to Deal with&hellip by Spencer Johnson
Written with the fable of two mice; I have used this book to start the discussion on change and resistance to change. Which mouse do you most closely identify with and why? The book is a quick easy read, and provides some insight into behavior that we all identify as the other guys, not our own. Worth the money spent.
