A very different type of book. The writing is in a different style but the voice soon becomes one you can't turn from. THE KITE RUNNER is sad but brilliant in the tradition of THE MERMAID CHAIR, MY FRACTURED LIFE, and MIDDLESEX. A fantastic book that wraps you up.
