All you have to do is prepare your ingredients, put some water in the soup maker, add ingredients, stock cubes and flavourings, press the button, and you're good to go for soup in under half an hour. My favourite: Cream of Asparagus. Most over-rated: Butternut Squash. (It does depend on how good your recipes are - lots of good ones on the net.) Haven't tried any of the recipes that came with the soup maker, but they look good. It's quite easy to adapt most cream soup recipes to this handy soup maker. But it is BIG (and powerful), so you have to have room to store it.
