Shinedown: Live From the Inside DVD ~ Shinedown
This is a very enjoyable DVD. Shinedown's original line-up had more of a carefree rock n roll vibe than later versions of the band. Although both versions have excellent musicians in their ranks the original members had more swagger in their steps, free to talk about the benefits and destruction of alcohol & drugs on the touring road as seen in the extra tour document included within the dvd.
Jonas Live As We Roll DVD ~ Jonas
Jonas Live As We Roll DVD ~ Jonas
After seeing a few videos("Big Daddy","Like A River"and "Edge Of Seventeen") of the band from the 1st Jonas recording in 2005. Jonas was chosen to open all dates on the Van Halen- Greatest Hits Tour with Sammy Hagar. While Van Halen clearly struggled with their on-stage chemistry due to feuding between Sam vs Ed over Eddie's pre-show drinking that was starting to compromise the guitar hero's on-stage performance and Sam vs Alex, Ed's manager. Reviews for the tour were mixed at best but for the amazing shows put on by Jonas as they stormed the stage every night with a confidence of seasoned pros! This live concert dvd filmed at the end of that tour with Van Halen finds the boys in Jonas… Read more
Made in Japan [Import] DVD ~ Whitesnake
Made in Japan [Import] DVD ~ Whitesnake
This musical document shows what happens when u have a talent base on the stage that is near perfection! Great audio/visuals bring this concert from the arena and into your living rooms. Newer songs from the long play's released during the decade of the 2000's hold their own along with the classic Whitesnake faves. Now I finally know why Robert Plant shrugs off D.C. The man and his talent. its because he is jealous of ground D.C. Continues to break, writing, recording and touring amazing hard rock documents even as D.C. might be in the winter of his career. Even tho I love Plants pass work, we must give credit when credit is due when D.C. & Whitesnake are cementing the bands musical legacy.
