Face it, this is not a stong Ozzy album. As a longtime fan and Sabbath fan, I see his career as one of ups and downs. All the Sabbath albums recorded between 1970 and 1977 were classics and therefore his solo output has to be judged against this. Sometimes, as in the Rhoads era, he has 100% hit rate - great tracks, great albums! But lately he's lost the ability to sustain quality over the length of a cd. To me Raising Hell is the only standout track, the rest could be any middle of the road metal act.
