1.0 out of 5 stars Too much sugar, March 3 2010
It was extremely frustrating to buy this book and find every recipe fill the gluten gap with sugar and butter.

I'd recommend a whole foods cookbook instead.

Bought it, opened it, was disappointed, haven't used it.

Read this book like you'd watch a Michael Moore film. Critically. His negative views on the church and government are severe and take away from the value of the book.

That being said, if you've tried everything to loose weight, find energy and cure your sickness - read this book. It shifted the way I think about food, helped me slim down and feel much better.

Whether it's conspiracy theory or shocking truth is irrelevant. This book will change the way you view the world and your health - and that's a good thing.

The best ten dollars you'll ever spend.
The Art of Agile Development by James Shore
I read this book as a Product Marketer working in an agile development project.

The authors did a great job making no assumptions of prior knowledge of Agile methods. I was able to absorb high-level process related stuff and glaze over the fine detail.

Unfortunately, I can't speak to the book's value from a development standpoint, but if you're a marketer who is new to agile methods, I highly recommend starting here.
