I rarely watch sitcoms but some people were telling me how good this series was when it came out on DVD I bought it. And wow I laughed pretty much the whole time I watched the series.

I sat down and watched the whole set in 2 sittings, the time just flew by. And best of all just when you're sad theirs no more eps to watch you look at the extras and you see 2 more eps hidden! =D

The character development throughout the first season is great author is such a character ( as are everyone ) I remember author is sitting at the table and tells Doug he would like to go to "dominoes" and Doug's like who and realizes its dominos. Author is just way to funny and highly paranoid and… Read more

Stargate SG-1: Season 3 (Widescreen) (5 Discs) DVD ~ Richard Dean Anderson
5.0 out of 5 stars the king of sci-fi, Mar 10 2004
Sg1 is just too amazing. The stories are great and they truly start to shine in season 3. We have had 2 seasons for some good character development so why not throw in some new gods and allies and make things happen!

This season is just great and sets up a lot of stuff that we will be going back to in further seasons. Such as the episode jolinars memories and of course urgo is a great episode and shows what most sci-fi shows preach. Foothold is a great episode as well and tends to bring the sgc some trouble later on in the series. It's truly tough to choose the best episode for any stargate series as pretty much all shows are great.

For the technical aspects

Stargate SG-1: Season 2 (Widescreen) (5 Discs) DVD ~ Richard Dean Anderson
Season 2 of stargate sg1 picks up were season 2 left off and brings even more memorable episodes like 1969 where the team goes back in time and we get to see where the tok'ra were first introduced and THOR! =D and of course theirs several 2 part episodes and the whole series this season is pretty much hard to stop watching - I knocked this whole season out in 2 days only because I didn't buy it till after lunch that first day -

Technical aspects of this wonderful series

16x9 video looks so sweet on my widescreen high def TV!
Little grain and great detail.

The audio was upgraded from season 1 to 5.1 Dolby digital and trust me when the ships fly passed you you'll notice! The… Read more
