This book tells the story of a family celebrating the arrival of their new baby brother. It makes birth normal and natural, not scary and secret. It shows how a baby is born in terms appropriate for children - the truth, but nothing too graphic. I ended up having my most comfortable pregnancy yet, as well as my easiest labor, and best post-partum recovery. This was my step into the "exercising world" and I don't ever want to go back to my couch potato self. I like the fact that it's a real work out - I am expecting baby #6 now, and a lot more fit than I used to be, but this… Read more
