Having never read Volume 1 (and not much at all in the way of Who fanzine materal), I had no expectations when I picked up Time, Unincorporated 2. My first observation: the breadth of topics is pretty astonishing - character studies, the psychology of being a Time Lord, enduring themes in the series, and on and on. My second observation: the book is comprised of lovely bite-sized pieces - from Silly to Serious. You can hopscotch your way through the selected essays at your leisure. Whether you are a Casual Fan of Doctor Who or are hardcore enough to recall the names of all Tom Baker's cats (and there a LOT of them), I think you'll find this book entertaining and engaging.
