If you've never seen a Monty Python show/movie, rent one first, because it's not for everyone. If you're a Python fan, you know the deal, so I'll just skip to the special features, which in my opinion were disappointingly unfunny. By the players' consensus, this is the worst of the Python movies, but it's still pretty good if your a fan. This movie is essential to the Python fan's collection, just don't expect too much from the bonus disc.
If you're looking for old Roxy Music footage, look elsewhere. You won't find much here. But if you were a fan of Bryan Ferry's solo career and MTV, you should be pretty content with this collection. Music videos didn't really take off until the 1980's, so that may explain the lack of older Roxy songs. There are some glaring omissions (e.g. "Avalon"), but I guess there's only so much that can be put on one disc. And for the older folks, there are some Roxy Music tunes as well ("Re-Make/Re-Model", "Same Old Scene", "Angel Eyes"; "The Main Thing")
This is a tasteful videography of the New York Yankees history from 1903 - 2003. Is it complete? Not even close. But at five hours running time, it contains enough game footage and interviews to keep fans seriously entertained. My favorite part of the two-disc set is the collection of original televised footage and play-by-play. They really brought back some great memories. These include Chris Chambliss' 1976 pennant-winning homer, the pine-tar incident, Bobby Murcer's emotional game-winner on the day of Thurman Munson's funeral, Jim Leyritz' 3-run homer in the 1996 series, and pitching heroics by Larson, Righetti, Wells, and Cone.
