Leaving the Saints: How I Lost the Mormons and Found My Faith by Martha Beck	She speaks the truth, Dec 13 2011 I first read this book when it first came out and it had a huge impact on me and I feel that she is telling the truth. I lived in Utah on and off for years since I was sixteen years old and an Irish immigrant who joined the church and married a return missionary who had spent two years in Northern Ireland. I can honestly say that what goes on in the church is souldestroying and the members live their lives in conformity and are truly robotic. I have seen truly good people struggle as nothing they do is ever good enough and they are told that anything negative that befalls them is because they are not living rightously enough. RF BETTER BODY	Intense!, Dec 4 2011 This will really do the trick if you want to get your heart rate up and really get results as far as inches lost is concerned. I would recommend this if you are ready to work hard to see quicker results and I have to say that this and my amy dixon and Joyce Vedral workouts are the most effective routines I have ever used. Tough workout and I would consider this for intermediate plus fitness level. Instructor is informative and serious about what she is doing so that suits me as I dont like airheads. If you want results quickly and are ready to work hard purchase this.

Dance Off the Inches Tummy Ton DVD ~ DVD	Fun!, Dec 4 2011 I really enjoyed this routine and instructor and as I love Latin dance this really made me happy. I would say that it would be considered for intermediate exercisers and I use it on those days when I want to burn some calories but dont want anything intense like turbo jam. You will see a nice improvement in your body if used regularly.
